This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and nurture a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Facilitate pipeline reviews, hiring strategy discussions, and provide recruiter coaching.
• Set recruiting objectives, priorities, and performance metrics for the team.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable recruiting culture.
• Personally oversee high-impact and executive-level recruitment efforts.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial intake to offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on hiring strategies for critical and challenging roles.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills, leadership potential, and alignment with company values.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Assist with recruiter workloads during peak hiring times.
• Provide counsel to hiring managers and executives on talent strategy, market trends, compensation insights, interview practices, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline health, recruiting progress, market conditions, and challenges.
• Facilitate intake meetings and devise recruiting strategies.
• Report weekly to the executive team on the progress of roles.
• Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Ashby ATS.
• Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Streamline workflows, interview processes, automations, templates, scorecards, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity in recruiting and accurate reporting.
• Create dashboards and analytics for KPIs, funnel health, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, and recruiter performance.
• Collaborate with People Operations and HR leadership to enhance recruiting systems and processes.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience and consistent communication with candidates.
• Work alongside Marketing and People teams on employer branding initiatives.
• Promote inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies.
• Enhance recruiting efficiency, scalability, and quality of hires.
• Keep abreast of labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, competitive intelligence, and recruiting best practices.
• Assist with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Lead or participate in Talent Acquisition projects, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Over 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Ideally, experience within a digital marketing agency, technology company, or professional services organization.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
• Required recruiting experience in SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc.
• Proven track record in recruiting executive, leadership, and highly specialized positions while managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to devise sophisticated sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean searches, networking, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing techniques.
• High proficiency in an ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with Ashby and/or Juicebox is advantageous.
• Experience utilizing recruiting analytics and data to inform hiring decisions and enhance recruitment performance.
• Preference for candidates with experience recruiting across diverse global markets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the capability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with outstanding project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Self-driven, competitive, and focused on achieving personal and team goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
• Basic understanding of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries.
• Valid and current work authorization in the country of residence for global locations.
• Must reside permanently in the applicable country for global locations.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Capability to observe and interpret written and verbal communication.
