Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the scheduling process for remote interviews for positions located in North and South America.

• Oversee and manage virtual onsite interviews to ensure an outstanding experience for candidates.

• Professionally communicate with candidates and internal team members.

• Uphold a high degree of confidentiality in all interactions.

• Track candidate statuses and maintain task management within an Applicant Tracking System for all requisitions.

• Collaborate on and manage recruiting initiatives related to Candidate Experience and Employer Branding.

• Propose enhancements to recruiting and interview procedures.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Porch Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience of 4 years in a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks, preferably in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.

• Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and managing several tasks and projects concurrently.

• Client service-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations in support of the team and organization.

• Previous hands-on experience or knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with US-based business teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Full and ongoing availability during Porch’s U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST).

• A quiet workspace is required.

• An internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is necessary.
