Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection cycle

• Manage a significant number of vacancies by performing numerous screenings and contacting candidates

• Promote job openings across various channels and platforms

• Actively seek out and engage potential candidates

• Review and evaluate resumes

• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or other methods

• Evaluate candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements

• Maintain and organize information pertaining to the recruitment process

• Assist candidates throughout the different phases of the selection process

• Present candidates who align with the client's specified profile

• Adhere to deadlines and track recruitment needs

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection

• Essential experience with high-volume recruitment

• Capacity to efficiently conduct numerous screenings and interviews

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple vacancies at once

• Quick adaptability and strong prioritization skills

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the capacity to work in a remote setting

• Familiarity with job advertising platforms and recruitment tools

• High school diploma required
