Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, securing offer acceptance, and facilitating onboarding handoff.

• Actively seek both active and passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and various recruiting platforms.

• Track metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine staffing needs, candidate qualifications, and recruitment timelines.

• Ensure timely communication, consistent follow-ups, and maintain a professional and organized experience for candidates.

• Keep precise records in the ATS, including candidate details, requisition statuses, and recruitment activities.

• Recognize and address pipeline bottlenecks while assessing sourcing strategies.

• Leverage data to enhance recruiting efficiency and improve the quality of hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Experience in recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), or other ABA professionals is highly preferred.

• Excellent skills in sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates, and building relationships.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.

• Ability to monitor recruiting KPIs, manage multiple job requisitions, and achieve hiring objectives.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize competing deadlines.

• Proactive in establishing talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and enhancing recruitment outcomes.

• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating in a fast-paced, remote environment.
