Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the recruiting process for SDRs, encompassing everything from outreach and screening to contract finalization.

• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, direct sourcing, and the creation of proprietary channels.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruiting dashboard and reporting system that tracks conversion rates, time-to-hire, and channel effectiveness.

• Implement an alert system to proactively notify when the candidate pipeline is at risk of depletion.

• Continuously enhance processes, interview frameworks, and tools, including the integration of AI-driven screening methods.

• Create job advertisements, establish recruiting channels, and refine the candidate experience.

• Collaborate closely with the executive team and Sales Lead on workforce planning and compensation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within sales, startup, or high-volume contexts.

• A strong sense of ownership: able to drive initiatives autonomously with minimal supervision and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proficient in active sourcing techniques.

• Excellent intuition for identifying suitable candidates and understanding profiles.

• Highly self-motivated and adept at thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Fluent in German with robust negotiation capabilities.

• Nice to have: experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Join) and AI-enhanced processes.

• Nice to have: experience in establishing recruiting frameworks from scratch.

• Nice to have: background in employer branding or People & Culture.
