πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle for both technical and professional roles, from initial sourcing to the acceptance of offers.

β€’ Develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to meet program requirements through both organic and paid initiatives.

β€’ Provide guidance to hiring managers and program teams regarding market trends and effective hiring practices.

β€’ Identify, screen, interview, and finalize candidates across various technical fields.

β€’ Negotiate job offers within predetermined salary ranges while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

β€’ Ensure adherence to OFCCP, DOL, DCAA, and specific client requirements.

β€’ Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and maintain precise records in ATS and CRM systems.

β€’ Act as a representative of ASRC Federal at career fairs, networking events, and program sites.

β€’ Assist in business development and proposal initiatives, as well as contract transitions.

β€’ Engage in organization-wide initiatives.

β€’ Travel as required to support recruitment and organizational meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience managing the complete recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and offer negotiations.

β€’ Proven track record in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing, particularly in engineering, skilled trades, and facilities positions.

β€’ Strong knowledge of government recruiting regulations, compliance, and labor categories.

β€’ Preferred experience in a unionized setting supporting base operation support (BOS) contracts.

β€’ Proficient with ATS platforms such as DayForce, iCIMS, and Workday.

β€’ Skilled in using CRM platforms.

β€’ Experience in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, niche pipelines, and social media.

β€’ Comfortable supporting business development and key personnel initiatives for proposals and recompetes.

β€’ Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

β€’ Willingness and capability to travel.

β€’ Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
