This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Create and execute recruiting strategies that align with TeleMed2U’s growth objectives and workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and departmental leaders to assess hiring needs, workforce strategies, and prioritize roles.
• Identify various sourcing channels and recruitment methods across 20 specialties and 50 states.
• Manage the entire recruiting process, which includes job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
• Ensure prompt, high-quality communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection criteria, and decision-making processes.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition team.
• Establish team objectives that align with recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
• Build and sustain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, social media, job boards, professional associations, and employee referrals.
• Manage and enhance Greenhouse ATS and related recruiting tools.
• Standardize recruiting processes, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, EEO guidelines, and fair hiring practices.
• Establish, monitor, and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, and quality-of-hire.
• Suggest improvements to processes and enhancements to technology.
• Work with HR, hiring managers, and Operations on the transition from hiring to onboarding.
• Engage in cross-functional talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, preferably in the healthcare or telehealth sectors.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices for selection.
• Capability to lead, develop, and inspire recruiting teams in a remote or distributed setting.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and common office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruiting, selection, and hiring.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in managing confidential information.
