This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of LUX Infusion's comprehensive talent acquisition strategy across the enterprise.
• Create a scalable, data-informed recruiting function that facilitates clinical, operational, professional, and leadership hiring across various states and markets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and hiring managers on workforce strategies.
• Generate hiring forecasts, capacity models, prioritization frameworks, and resource plans for recruiting.
• Provide counsel to executive leadership regarding talent availability, labor market conditions, hiring risks, recruiting investments, and workforce implications.
• Establish equitable and legally compliant standards for job intake, candidate evaluation, interviewing, selection, and hiring processes.
• Assist with acquisitions, integrations, and expansion into new markets.
• Develop talent pipelines and implement data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Enhance the employer value proposition and fortify the employment brand in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
• Streamline recruiting workflows, service levels, decision-making rights, applicant tracking systems, and onboarding procedures.
• Oversee the configuration of Greenhouse ATS, including workflows, data integrity, reporting, user adoption, and compliance.
• Assess recruiting technology and explore automation opportunities.
• Create talent acquisition KPIs, dashboards, targets, benchmarks, and reporting standards.
• Analyze metrics such as hiring plan attainment, time to fill, cost per hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire, retention, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Conduct business reviews with leadership and suggest corrective actions or resource adjustments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
• Advise hiring leaders while providing training, tools, and support.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance on compensation competitiveness and offer strategies.
• Evaluate and manage external search firms, agencies, contract recruiters, and recruiting expenditures.
• Oversee recruiting expenses within the approved annual budget.
• Represent LUX Infusion at recruiting events, conferences, educational programs, and community partnerships.
• Support enterprise initiatives and workforce projects.
• Stay informed about recruiting practices, labor market trends, technology, and employment laws.
• Engage in quality assurance, compliance, and process audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Analytics, or a similar field of experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or human resources, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or enterprise recruiting capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across multiple states or nationally.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, dashboard creation, and KPI design and implementation.
• Capability to analyze recruiting data, identify trends and operational risks, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in building proactive pipelines and sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialized, clinical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Background in enhancing recruiting processes, technology, candidate experience, and hiring manager effectiveness.
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, market analysis, internal equity, and offer strategies.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local recruiting and hiring laws and regulations.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, project management, and team leadership abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems, reporting and dashboard tools, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience administering or substantially optimizing Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, infusion, specialty pharmacy, regulated labor environments, rapidly growing organizations, private equity-backed ventures, acquisitions, integrations, new market expansions, or high-volume growth environments.
• An advanced degree or professional certification is favored.
• Ability to participate in mandatory annual legal and ethical compliance training.
