Corporate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Assist with the complete internal recruiting process for Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP-level), and new business sectors.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.

• Identify, evaluate, and assess candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal resources, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Oversee candidate pipelines and maintain momentum in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

• Monitor activities and outcomes against predefined weekly KPIs and adjust recruiting strategies to achieve hiring objectives.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while acting swiftly and decisively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the staffing industry is essential; candidates lacking staffing experience must have proven recruiting experience for sales positions.

• Demonstrated ability to work quickly, with a sense of urgency, and with minimal supervision while consistently achieving weekly recruiting KPIs.

• Experience in recruiting across various job categories and levels of seniority.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple job openings concurrently.

• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
