Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for corporate, operational, clinical, and leadership roles.

• Handle intricate and challenging searches by employing advanced sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and stakeholder management.

• Conduct intake meetings to define recruitment strategies, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.

• Create and sustain candidate pipelines to address both current and future hiring requirements.

• Manage several simultaneous requisitions while upholding service-level expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking platforms, referrals, talent communities, and industry associations.

• Oversee candidate communication throughout the entire hiring process.

• Offer job proposals, negotiate compensation, and assist candidates during the offer acceptance phase.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and hiring managers to facilitate the transition from recruitment to onboarding.

• Evaluate recruiting metrics and pipeline data to enhance hiring efficiency.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on selection practices, interview effectiveness, and talent assessment.

• Work alongside business leaders on workforce planning and proactive recruitment strategies.

• Partner with HR, Operations, and business leaders to ensure recruiting aligns with organizational objectives.

• Formulate innovative sourcing strategies and develop passive-candidate pipelines.

• Advocate for employee referral programs and talent attraction initiatives.

• Act as an AMSURG brand ambassador, supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts.

• Engage in networking events, industry conferences, job fairs, and talent acquisition activities.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and industry standards.

• Maintain precise candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and hiring results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting.

• Proven experience in recruiting for professional, specialized, and leadership roles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while achieving quality-of-hire and time-to-fill targets.

• Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and referral channels.

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.

• Excellent negotiation, candidate closing, and relationship management abilities.

• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruiting.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong consultative, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.

• Ability to influence hiring decisions based on market insights and recruiting expertise.

• Capacity to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and business acumen.

• Dedication to providing exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience in healthcare recruiting is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools like LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Professional HR or Talent Acquisition certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPC are beneficial.
