Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out and identify qualified candidates through innovative recruiting strategies.

• Focus on both active candidates and those who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.

• Create enthusiasm around SPA’s available positions.

• Develop and sustain a robust talent pool.

• Assist in proposal efforts by sourcing candidates for future opportunities.

• Connect with SPA alumni.

• Oversee employee referrals to enhance the recruitment pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches.

• Experience with platforms such as ClearanceJobs.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other top talent acquisition tools.

• Extensive background in building candidate pipelines using leading Talent Management Systems/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Proficiency in iCIMS ATS is preferred.
