Sales Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify passive candidates within Payroll, HCM, PEO, Payments, Merchant Services, FinTech, and similar sectors

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, and various sourcing tools to discover top talent

• Create and sustain candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs

• Formulate innovative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets

• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations

• Collaborate with hiring managers regarding hiring priorities and talent requirements

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance

• Act as an ambassador for Paynada, effectively communicating its value proposition to potential candidates

• Keep track of industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies

• Ensure accurate candidate records and recruiting activities in ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting platforms

• Achieve or surpass recruiting performance goals and hiring targets

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive recruiting experience

• Preferred recruiting experience in Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales environments

• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting outside sales professionals, account executives, business consultants, and other revenue-generating roles

• Strong knowledge of Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or related industries

• Demonstrated capability to build candidate pipelines and fill roles in competitive markets

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other contemporary sourcing tools

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a remote setting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related recruiting technologies

• Reliable home internet connection and a dedicated workspace

• Capability to conduct phone and video interviews
