Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach to screening, coordinating interviews, and final placement.

• Actively seek qualified ABA professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and various sourcing channels.

• Perform candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, relevant experience, communication abilities, availability, and fit for the role.

• Cultivate candidate relationships, maintain regular communication, and ensure prompt follow-ups.

• Keep an organized candidate pipeline along with accurate and up-to-date recruitment systems and applicant records.

• Arrange interviews, prepare candidates, collect feedback, and coordinate subsequent steps with hiring managers and clients.

• Handle multiple vacancies while striving to meet sourcing, screening, and placement targets.

• Validate qualifications, certifications, and role-specific requirements, documenting candidate information accurately.

• Identify areas for enhancing sourcing strategies, candidate conversion, and recruitment efficiency.

• Consistently recognize and engage qualified ABA professionals.

• Provide high-quality shortlists within established timelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through regular communication and follow-ups.

• Achieve recruitment targets while upholding candidate quality and experience standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant.

• Proficient sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities effectively.

• Proactive in candidate outreach, follow-ups, and managing the recruitment pipeline.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, spreadsheets, and online sourcing tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Preferred previous experience in recruiting within the ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or allied health sectors.

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or comparable clinical professionals is preferred.

• Knowledge of ABA terminology, certification requirements, and the US healthcare recruitment landscape is preferred.

• Experience working with US-based clients and managing different time zones is preferred.

• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets in a high-volume or fast-paced setting is preferred.

• Resourceful and proactive sourcing approach.

• Strong skills in candidate assessment and decision-making.
