Talent Acquisition Partner – Virtual RPO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and prioritize over 20 requisitions, ensuring the prompt delivery of qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to comprehend hiring requirements and provide recruitment assistance.

• Maintain open lines of communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.

• Balance multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Establish and sustain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.

• Operate independently in a fully remote setting.

• Work alongside recruiting team members and cross-functional partners.

• Propel recruitment processes with a sense of urgency, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Manage high-volume corporate recruitment and applicant pipelines efficiently.

• Monitor recruiting activities and keep candidate records updated in the ATS.

• Support comprehensive recruiting efforts to meet hiring goals and achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience as a recruiter.

• Background in high-volume recruiting.

• Demonstrated ability to forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

• Capability to handle over 20 requisitions and a substantial applicant pipeline.

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in reviewing applications, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

• Competence in maintaining accurate candidate records within an applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-sufficient in a fully remote work environment.

• Track record of meeting recruiting goals and deadlines.
