Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and various sourcing channels.

• Establish and nurture robust talent pipelines to address both current and future hiring requirements.

• Locate and engage passive candidates, sparking interest in available career opportunities.

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to formulate effective sourcing strategies.

• Perform talent mapping and deliver market insights related to candidate availability and hiring trends.

• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the sourcing journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Knowledge of additional languages, especially German, is viewed as a beneficial asset.

• Prior experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging with candidates.

• Background in recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar positions is highly advantageous.

• Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing techniques.

• Capable of identifying, attracting, and cultivating relationships with passive candidates.

• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote, international setting.
