Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and various other sourcing avenues.

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines to address current and future recruitment requirements.

• Recognize and connect with passive candidates, fostering interest in available career opportunities.

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Conduct talent mapping and present market insights regarding candidate availability and hiring trends.

• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English language skills.

• Additional language skills, especially in German, are viewed as beneficial.

• Prior experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging candidates.

• Experience in recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar positions is a significant advantage.

• Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing methods.

• Capability to identify, attract, and cultivate relationships with passive candidates.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to work independently within a fully remote, international setting.
