Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Technology recruiters and hiring managers to grasp role requirements, team dynamics, and the distinction between essential and desirable qualifications.

• Develop sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean/x-ray searches, and various other platforms.

• Actively identify, engage, and assess passive candidates for positions ranging from individual contributors to senior engineering leadership.

• Conduct initial outreach and screening discussions; evaluate technical backgrounds, motivations, and cultural fit.

• Ensure accurate pipeline data management within the ATS (Greenhouse).

• Participate in market mapping, competitive analysis, and diversity sourcing initiatives.

• Assist in refining messaging, campaigns, and sourcing playbooks as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, particularly in Technology / Engineering roles.

• Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing through alternative channels.

• Background in sourcing within a fast-paced, high-volume setting such as financial services, private equity/venture capital, or leading tech companies is preferred.

• Exceptional written communication skills that are concise, personalized, and achieve a high response rate.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining closely aligned with recruiters across different time zones.

• Proficient in ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse) with a strong emphasis on data hygiene.

• Maintain discretion and professionalism when managing confidential searches and sensitive candidate information.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the skill to handle multiple searches and competing priorities.

• Prior experience in private equity, asset management, or technology recruitment for financial services.

• Experience in sourcing talent for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or quantitative/data engineering roles.

• Proven track record in supporting diversity sourcing initiatives.
