Talent Acquisition Sourcer – AI, Cloud, Security, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Implement talent sourcing strategies to identify technical professionals for both current and future hiring needs across Trace3.

• Track talent pipelines, evaluate the depth of the candidate pool, and actively engage potential candidates to foster relationships and establish talent pipelines.

• Identify candidates through social media, online job boards, industry-specific blogs and forums, name-generation research, cold calling/direct sourcing, professional networks, and local community organizations.

• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ interest levels, skills, qualifications, and salary expectations.

• Oversee the entire recruiting process for assigned job requisitions as needed.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies, implement tactics, evaluate outcomes, and modify approaches as necessary.

• Contribute to and support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience is required, ideally within a technical setting.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or sourcing for roles in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Intelligence.

• Proficient in search techniques, including conducting research, creating Boolean search strings, networking, cold calling, and using various internet sourcing tools.

• Regularly employ creativity and innovation to effectively identify and engage high-potential talent.

• Capable of delivering results for high-volume and complex hiring needs.

• Outstanding candidate care with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Proactive and consultative approach to handling requests, with the ability to listen, understand user needs, and deliver effectively.

• Comfortable managing multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial setting.

• A self-starter who is motivated and capable of independently tackling tasks.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure records and information.
