This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and various other sourcing avenues.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring requirements.

• Reach out to passive candidates to spark interest in available career opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to formulate effective sourcing strategies.

• Offer insights into the market concerning talent availability, trends, and recruitment challenges.

• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, improve processes, and share best practices.

• Assist in recruitment efforts across the German market.

• Proficiency in German (C1/C2) in a professional business context.

• Strong command of English to work effectively within an international team.

• Demonstrated experience in active sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels.

• In-depth understanding of the German recruitment landscape, particularly within technical recruitment, skilled trades, and blue-collar hiring.

• Capability to engage passive candidates and transform initial conversations into successful recruitment outcomes.

• Competence to independently organize sourcing activities and manage priorities effectively.

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs.

• Ability to cultivate robust relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
