This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, source, and engage qualified healthcare professionals using various sourcing channels and innovative outreach strategies.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs within the provider sector.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, professional associations, healthcare networks, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Create inventive strategies to connect with passive provider talent, including physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other clinical professionals.
• Conduct initial outreach and exploratory discussions to evaluate candidate interest, basic qualifications, and alignment with opportunities.
• Craft personalized outreach to candidates, effectively communicating Teladoc Health’s provider opportunities and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruiters to grasp hiring priorities, provider profiles, geographic or licensing requirements, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for high-volume, challenging-to-fill, and future provider hiring needs.
• Follow up with potential candidates and convert passive talent into active applicants.
• Monitor sourcing activities, candidate engagement, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
• Support Teladoc Health's mission of expanding its provider workforce to deliver high-quality virtual care.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
• Established success in identifying and engaging talent across various levels and/or disciplines.
• Experience employing creative sourcing techniques to attract and identify passive candidates.
• Strong background in proactive candidate outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Capability to independently design and implement sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and talent availability.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, resume databases, and other recruiting technologies.
• Excellent research skills to discover new talent pools, sourcing channels, and candidate populations.
• Ability to manage a high volume of prospective candidates and sourcing activities while maintaining organization and responsiveness.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with precise candidate documentation and activity tracking.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with effective time management and urgency.
• Preferred: Over 1 year of experience using Workday Recruiting.
• Preferred: Experience in sourcing healthcare providers or licensed clinical professionals.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting high-volume provider recruitment efforts.
• Preferred: Experience in sourcing physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, or other hard-to-find clinical talent.
• Preferred: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing platforms or resume databases.
• Preferred: Experience in sourcing candidates based on state licensure, specialty, clinical experience, or specific provider requirements.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
