Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates in alignment with job specifications

• Perform initial screening interviews to assess experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit

• Present a shortlist of candidates who meet the hiring criteria

• Collaborate with the internal HR team throughout the interview and selection phases

• Communicate job responsibilities, salary expectations, and terms of employment to candidates

• Maintain consistent communication and provide updates on recruitment progress

• Oversee multiple recruitment assignments while ensuring candidate quality

• Offer one suitable replacement at no extra charge if a hired candidate departs or is deemed unsuitable within the guarantee period

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting

• In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing methods and recruitment platforms

• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to find talent

• Ability to effectively conduct candidate screenings and evaluate suitability for various roles

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities

• Capability to work independently and adhere to recruitment deadlines

• Experience in recruiting for sales, business development, marketing, or technology-related roles is a plus
