This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze virtual interviews utilizing structured and impartial evaluation criteria.

• Implement client-specific benchmarks to ensure equitable and consistent scoring.

• Recognize exceptional moments, areas of concern, and potential issues, keeping Talent Leads updated.

• Operate efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume setting while upholding quality standards.

• Adhere to service level agreements and maintain quality assurance.

• Adjust to client workflow modifications, evaluation tools, and frameworks as necessary.

• Provide prompt feedback and insights to internal teams.

• Take responsibility for your work and deliver results with integrity.

• Engage in clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to the creation of an inclusive, fair, data-driven hiring process.

• Report directly to Jitesh Adatia.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to unbiased judgment.

• Proficient in clear, professional written and verbal communication.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.

• A proactive attitude with a determination to produce high-quality work.

• Previous experience in reviewing applications and/or virtual interviews.

• Background in recruitment, HR, or psychology is advantageous.

• Familiarity with structured interviews or candidate assessments is beneficial.

• Experience with high-volume recruitment is a plus.

• Must reside in South Africa.
