Student Recruitment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies within the designated territory to meet recruitment goals.

• Represent Navitas and its university partners at various recruitment events, education fairs, and market engagement initiatives.

• Oversee agent training, lead generation, student conversion, conduct information sessions, and address inquiries from students and agents.

• Provide recruitment forecasts, market analysis, and regular reporting to support strategic decision-making.

• Cultivate relationships with prospective students and guide them throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of student and recruitment data within the CRM.

• Carry out recruitment activities and administrative tasks in accordance with established guidelines.

• Communicate market trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to management.

• Address agent inquiries and maintain strong relationships with education agents, university partners, and key stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.

• Strong numerical, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in business-level English.

• An innovative mindset with a knack for identifying recruitment opportunities and developing effective strategies.

• High level of accountability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Capability to meet targets and deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience in higher education sales, collaborating with education agents, and fostering stakeholder relationships.

• Proficient in evaluating recruitment performance, analyzing results, and preparing precise reports.

• Familiarity with working in a matrix organizational structure.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
