Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role specifications, candidate profiles, interview methodologies, and recruitment timelines.

• Oversee approximately 10–15 active job requisitions concurrently.

• Formulate sourcing strategies and cultivate relationships with community partners and at recruiting events.

• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, specialized job boards, referrals, and additional channels to discover talent in the venue and live entertainment sectors.

• Evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications, experience, and suitability.

• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, motivations, salary expectations, and overall fit.

• Assemble and present qualified candidate packages complete with recommendations and screening insights.

• Organize and schedule meetings for hiring managers and interview panels.

• Gather interview feedback, assist in selection decisions, and provide recommendations.

• Extend, negotiate, and finalize job offers.

• Draft offer letters and ensure that pre-employment documentation is both accurate and timely.

• Maintain candidate and requisition information in Workday.

• Utilize Gem AI and other recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, outreach, talent-pipeline management, and overall recruiting operations.

• Lead full-time hiring initiatives across Live Nation Venues, including shared services, clubs, theaters, amphitheaters, large indoor venues, and comedy clubs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting is required.

• Experience in supporting venue operations, hospitality, live events, entertainment, or multi-unit businesses is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience will be considered.

• Proven experience in managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously and executing all phases of the recruiting process.

• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of working independently while collaborating with the recruitment team on shared talent pipelines and projects.

• Dedication to building inclusive candidate pipelines and providing a positive, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology is required.

• Experience with Workday and Gem AI is preferred.

• A keen interest in music, live events, hospitality, technology, or media is preferred.
