Recruiting Coordinator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate interview scheduling across various time zones

• Act as the initial point of contact for candidates, delivering timely updates

• Ensure accurate data maintenance in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby)

• Support the Talent team with reporting requirements

• Recognize and propose opportunities to enhance recruiting processes

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize scheduling and updates

• Assist with recruiting coordination throughout APAC and EMEA

• Manage a shared scheduling queue to facilitate interviews during business hours

• Engage in onboarding, training sessions, manager check-ins, and team meetings

• Leverage AI to improve workflows, structure problem-solving, enhance output quality, and boost efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a recruiting coordinator position, preferably in a fast-paced setting

• Skilled in using scheduling tools, including Google Calendar and Ashby

• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and excel in a dynamic, high-growth atmosphere

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service

• Comfortable navigating across time zones and adjusting to shifting priorities

• Candidates must reside in India (Remote)

• Availability to work from 10 am to 6 pm IST

• Legal authorization to work in the current country of employment
