This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist hiring managers in pinpointing candidates for BMET and related roles
• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, which includes sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluating, and extending offers
• Actively source BMET candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking tactics
• Create and sustain a pipeline of BMET professionals from entry-level to senior positions
• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to evaluate both technical and interpersonal skills
• Encourage referrals from current employees and external networks
• Enhance the company's brand through social media and collaborations with technical schools, electronics/mechanical programs, STEM initiatives, and associations
• Keep candidate information updated in the Applicant Tracking System
• Reach out to past applicants regarding new job openings
• Design and implement innovative sourcing methods
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome
• Formulate search strategies and compile target lists of top-tier talent
• Execute other relevant duties as assigned
• Capability to conduct technical interviews at a fundamental level
• Willingness to learn and apply sourcing techniques, including recruiting via social platforms and constructing Boolean search strings
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Dedication to building relationships with applicants to establish a candidate pipeline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and social media platforms
• Ability to adapt to change, learn swiftly, and excel in a dynamic corporate environment
• Capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of relevant corporate software, tools, and systems
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in or related to the BMET community
• At least 4 years of experience assisting transitioning military personnel or similar experience
• Proficiency in recruiting processes, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding candidates
• Experience with cleared professionals is a plus
• Previous experience in government or government contracting is preferred
• Familiarity with iCIMS is preferred
