Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Support the ongoing growth and expansion of operations across the country.

• Conduct comprehensive life cycle recruiting for Corporate, Call Center, and Supply Chain divisions.

• Attract, engage, and evaluate top-tier talent across various divisions within the corporate headquarters.

• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for essential roles.

• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to formulate talent acquisition strategies.

• Assist with job postings and sourcing methodologies.

• Analyze recruitment trends and customize search strategies accordingly.

• Promote job postings in relevant platforms.

• Source, engage, pre-screen, interview, schedule, and evaluate candidates.

• Educate Hiring Managers on hiring practices and decision-making processes.

• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment is required.

• Experience in a corporate recruitment environment is preferred.

• Ability to attract, engage, and evaluate top-notch talent in a highly competitive landscape.

• Exceptional skills in candidate management and negotiation.

• Experience managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various departments and locations.

• Excellent networking, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in sourcing through social media, ATS systems, Google/Boolean search operators, and job boards.

• Familiarity with talent management/applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel to other national offices and locations as required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
