Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Attract, engage, and evaluate high-caliber talent across various divisions within the corporate headquarters.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for essential roles.

• Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to establish and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.

• Assist in crafting job postings and developing sourcing strategies.

• Analyze and interpret ongoing recruitment trends to customize search methodologies.

• Promote job postings in suitable venues to draw in exceptional candidate pools.

• Actively source, engage, pre-screen, interview, schedule, and assess candidates.

• Educate Hiring Managers on optimal hiring practices and decision-making.

• Manage the candidate experience to guarantee favorable outcomes.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment is required.

• Experience in a corporate recruitment setting is preferred.

• Proven ability to attract, engage, and evaluate top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.

• Outstanding candidate management and negotiation skills.

• Experience managing multiple job requisitions concurrently across various departments and locations.

• Excellent networking, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong understanding of sourcing via social media, ATS systems, Google/Boolean search operators, and job boards.

• Familiarity with talent management/applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Outlook.

• Willingness to travel to other national offices and locations as required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
