Talent Acquisition Partner, Strategic Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process, which includes proactive sourcing, detailed screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and following up post-hire.

• Identify and recruit tax professionals and related technical talent.

• Create and implement focused sourcing strategies for attracting top-tier tax professionals in competitive and specialized talent markets.

• Foster and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers.

• Provide insights into the market, talent intelligence, and strategic recommendations for hiring in tax and accounting positions.

• Enhance employment branding by effectively communicating the company culture, values, and benefits.

• Address inquiries and concerns from candidates regarding careers in tax, accounting, and professional services.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Maintain organization, ownership of processes, compliance, efficiency, and a focus on continuous improvement throughout the hiring lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

• Strong background in strategic recruiting practices.

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and specialized sourcing channels.

• Capability to proactively source, engage, and effectively present opportunities to top talent in competitive environments.

• Experience in addressing and resolving candidate objections related to compensation, role scope, culture, benefits, and career progression.

• Strategic and proactive mindset in sourcing talent.

• Skill in identifying, targeting, and recruiting candidates from competitor companies.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks simultaneously.
