
Talent Acquisition Partner – Salaried Manufacturing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to assess workforce requirements and formulate recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
• Facilitate intake discussions to clarify role specifications, outline success profiles, and create hiring plans.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for salaried roles across the manufacturing network, which includes plant leadership, production and operations management, continuous improvement, environmental health and safety, quality, supply chain, maintenance leadership, and technical and professional manufacturing support functions.
• Utilize labor market data, talent mapping, sourcing expertise, and competitive hiring insights to establish candidate pipelines.
• Employ direct sourcing, networking, referrals, recruitment marketing, talent communities, and industry engagement to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Perform candidate assessments that focus on skills, experience, leadership capabilities, and organizational compatibility.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to implement structured, competency-based selection methodologies.
• Provide a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams through proactive communication, consultative support, and process management.
• Sustain momentum throughout the hiring lifecycle by fostering urgency, driving accountability, and facilitating stakeholder participation.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal protocols.
• Maintain precise recruiting documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of complete lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate recruiting, search firm, or RPO settings.
• Proven experience collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to devise recruiting strategies.
• Strong skills in candidate assessment and sourcing.
• Ability to influence and advise leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements, including EEO, OFCCP, and DOL.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, industrial, and technical recruiting.
• Experience with the iCIMS applicant tracking system is preferred.
• Preferred background in supporting multi-site organizations.
• Understanding of manufacturing labor markets and operational talent challenges is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting professional and leadership-level talent is preferred.
• Background in public companies, private businesses, or private equity-backed firms is preferred.
