This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from the initiation of requisitions to the acceptance of offers and hiring.
• Identify, evaluate, interview, and assess candidates for hourly, leadership, and corporate roles.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and critical business positions.
• Perform initial screenings to assess experience, motivation, leadership skills, sales orientation, and cultural fit.
• Ensure ongoing communication with candidates to provide a superior candidate experience.
• Manage the preparation, approval, extension, and finalization of offers in collaboration with hiring leaders and HR.
• Collaborate with field leadership, Center Sales Directors, regional leaders, corporate hiring managers, and HR teams.
• Conduct intake discussions and guide hiring managers on candidate quality, interviews, selection, and best recruiting practices.
• Create sourcing strategies utilizing Workable, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and various other channels.
• Identify passive candidates from sectors such as beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, fitness, luxury, and high-touch sales.
• Collaborate with local beauty schools to source potential and recent graduates.
• Manage candidate and requisition activities within Workable while ensuring accurate documentation in the ATS.
• Establish and maintain requisitions and hiring plans, overseeing candidate dispositions.
• Keep detailed records of interview feedback, candidate notes, recruiting documentation, trackers, and ATS data integrity.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, templates, reporting, and candidate communication processes.
• Track recruiting KPIs including requisitions, hires, fill rates, time-to-fill, pipeline health, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Analyze hiring performance across regions, centers, and positions.
• Identify outdated openings, pipeline issues, and markets needing additional sourcing efforts.
• Provide weekly updates on recruiting activities and actionable insights to leadership.
• Suggest prioritization of Talent Acquisition resources and sourcing expenditures based on recruiting trends.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workable is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Capable of handling a high-volume requisition load while ensuring organization and a positive candidate experience.
• Comfortable collaborating with leaders across various organizational levels.
• Excellent interviewing, written communication, and candidate-closing abilities.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, growth-oriented environments where priorities may change rapidly.
• Preferably experienced in retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality, fitness, consumer services, or other high-volume fields.
