Talent Acquisition Partner – Medicare Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for a range of requisitions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather role requirements, agree on candidate profiles, and formulate recruiting and interview strategies.

• Create, implement, and enhance sourcing strategies.

• Develop and sustain high-quality candidate pipelines.

• Keep precise applicant tracking data.

• Offer consultative support to hiring managers and leadership.

• Oversee the candidate experience from start to finish, including coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, assisting with the offer process, and managing pre-hire activities.

• Conduct preliminary phone screens or in-person interviews as needed.

• Broaden sourcing initiatives via online platforms, networking, and various recruiting tools and channels.

• Mentor or guide junior team members as necessary.

• Recognize and apply process enhancements.

• Carry out duties in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Four (4) or more years of relevant work experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and promote teamwork.

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Effective planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

• Competent presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
