Recruitment Consultant, Bilingual Spanish Speaking

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting preliminary phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through ongoing market analysis and continuous bench management.

• Proactively anticipate client requirements and hiring manager preferences while achieving impressive submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Design innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.

• Present exceptional talent for open positions and effectively address any objections that arise during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and overall recruitment processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Guarantee that weekly and monthly submission and hiring objectives are met.

• Update data and reports in the applicant tracking system and manage related administrative tasks.

• Confidence in communicating the status of the recruiting pipeline.

• Strong client orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in executing recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility in response to shifting priorities and directions.

• Active involvement in a collaborative recruitment team.

• Proven computer skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience using an applicant tracking system.

• Strong presence on social media platforms.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
