Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with managers across various levels of the organization to identify and deliver outstanding candidates.

• Implement and refine the recruitment process to ensure it is exemplary.

• Provide guidance to managers and business leaders regarding market trends, tactical approaches, and competitive insights.

• Create tailored strategies for complex hiring requirements on a large scale.

• Identify top candidates to drive business progress.

• Assist candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Represent the CLEAResult brand in interactions with candidates, vendors, and the organization.

• Screen candidates for open positions.

• Collaborate with various vendors and work alongside other organizations.

• Offer support to members of the Recruiting team.

• Work collaboratively across functions with the People Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment.

• Proven ability to overcome challenges in sourcing and recruiting candidates.

• Capacity to quickly familiarize oneself with Workday and other business systems.

• Experience with Paradox is a significant advantage.

• Strong affinity for data and its application to drive business success.

• Understanding of the labor market and current industry trends.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

• Willingness to support all North American time zones.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or assistance.

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment screenings.

• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification standards and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
