Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify candidates through job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn.

• Review resumes and perform video interviews.

• Organize interviews and gather feedback.

• Oversee the complete hiring process using ATS and CRM tools.

• Administer assessments as required.

• Assist the Head of Recruitment as necessary.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and transparency.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Recruit talent for enterprise software and professional services teams focusing on sales, marketing, and accounting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sectors is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for sales, accounting, development, and customer-facing positions.

• Strong sourcing abilities across platforms such as Indeed.

• Capacity and willingness to utilize LinkedIn as a recruiting resource.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment.

• Must possess personal equipment.

• Required to include a link to a 2–3 minute introductory video.

• Experience with ATS and CRM systems for recruitment purposes.

• Familiarity with the Monitask time tracking tool.

• Ability to work night shifts on Pacific Standard Time.

• Must be available for 40 hours each week.
