This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional stakeholders to identify workforce requirements and formulate recruiting strategies.
• Facilitate intake discussions to clarify job specifications, outline success profiles, and establish hiring plans.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for salaried positions within the manufacturing network.
• Source candidates for plant leadership roles, production and operations management, continuous improvement, environmental health and safety, quality assurance, supply chain, maintenance leadership, and technical and professional manufacturing support functions.
• Utilize labor market insights, talent mapping, sourcing expertise, and competitive hiring information to create candidate pipelines.
• Employ direct sourcing, networking, referrals, recruitment marketing, talent communities, and industry involvement to draw in candidates.
• Perform candidate evaluations focusing on skills, experience, leadership potential, and organizational compatibility.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to adopt structured, competency-based selection methodologies.
• Provide exceptional candidate and hiring-team experiences via proactive communication, consultative support, and process management.
• Maintain momentum by fostering urgency, driving accountability, and enhancing stakeholder involvement.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal protocols.
• Keep precise recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate recruiting, search firm, or RPO environments.
• Proven experience working with hiring managers and stakeholders to create recruiting strategies.
• Strong abilities in candidate assessment and sourcing.
• Capability to influence and advise leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements, including EEO, OFCCP, and DOL.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, industrial, technical, multi-site, professional, or leadership recruiting.
• Experience with the iCIMS applicant tracking system is preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing labor markets and operational talent challenges is preferred.
• Previous experience in public companies, private businesses, or private equity-backed firms is preferred.
