
Talent Acquisition Partner III – Clinical Leadership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Serve as a committed talent advisor and strategic partner to operational leadership, including DVPs, RODs, and Facility Administrators.
• Facilitate intake discussions and workforce planning sessions that align with staffing goals and business objectives.
• Offer insights on organizational design, compensation alignment, market dynamics, and talent availability.
• Provide labor market intelligence, competitor analysis, and talent analytics.
• Lead proactive, full-cycle recruitment for clinical leadership and licensed positions.
• Create and implement multi-channel sourcing campaigns.
• Perform competency and behavioral assessments.
• Conduct debriefs and manage intricate multi-stakeholder interview processes.
• Design competitive offer packages in collaboration with Compensation, People Services, and Operations.
• Guide and onboard TAP I and TAP II recruiters.
• Exemplify best practices in stakeholder management, candidate experience, Workday workflows, and sourcing techniques.
• Lead or take part in TA improvement initiatives, focus groups, hiring events, and process optimizations.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Represent DaVita's employer brand across external channels, networking events, and digital platforms.
• Advocate for inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
• Maintain precise requisition and candidate tracking in Workday and associated TA platforms.
• Ensure adherence to employment policies, regulatory standards, equal opportunity laws, and clinical licensure verification processes.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline velocity, and hiring confidence scores.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in healthcare recruitment, clinical leadership, or executive/management placement.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of high-volume or specialized recruitment experience in a complex, multi-site healthcare or clinical services setting.
• Experience collaborating with senior and executive operational leaders (Director-level and above).
• Advanced proficiency in modern Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday is preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, clinical licensing/credentialing considerations, and compensation structuring.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Capability to synthesize complex business needs and market data into effective hiring strategies.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, quickly build trust, and diplomatically influence senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate shifting priorities, manage high-volume workloads, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
