📋 Description

• Act as a vital member of the leadership team for designated business segments.

• Serve as a trusted advisor regarding strategic human resources and related issues that influence business outcomes.

• Align People Services initiatives with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission.

• Implement People Services strategy to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with corporate People Services functions as an internal consultant and strategist.

• Ensure compliance with People Services policies.

• Oversee adherence to Teammate Relations findings and associated action plans.

• Relevant experience and qualifications to effectively handle strategic human resources and People Services responsibilities.

• Capability to act as a trusted advisor on strategic HR issues affecting business outcomes.

• Ability to collaborate with corporate People Services functions, including Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting.

• Competence in ensuring compliance with People Services policies and adherence to Teammate Relations findings and action plans.

• Candidates must fulfill applicable geographical jurisdiction minimum-wage and exemption criteria.
