Talent Acquisition Partner – EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete talent acquisition process for Thought Logic’s EPM practice, which includes OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and related performance management technologies.

• Establish and nurture extensive talent networks within the EPM ecosystem.

• Recruit for various roles such as solution architects, developers, technical and functional consultants, delivery leaders, practice leadership, sales, business development, and go-to-market talent.

• Collaborate with EPM practice leaders to identify capability gaps, growth objectives, upcoming demand, and future talent requirements.

• Formulate proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies for specialized talent.

• Analyze competitors in the EPM space, track talent movements, certifications, technology trends, compensation dynamics, and locations of talent.

• Represent Thought Logic at conferences, industry events, user groups, networking opportunities, and ecosystem activities.

• Cultivate relationships across the OneStream, Oracle, Pigment, consulting, and partner communities.

• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to practice leadership.

• Develop innovative methods for engaging passive candidates.

• Facilitate intake and calibration discussions with hiring leaders.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance and closing.

• Utilize recruiting data and pipeline insights to refine strategies and guide talent-related decisions.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.

• Enhance recruiting processes, tools, employer branding, and talent acquisition practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

• Significant experience in recruiting within Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Performance Management, financial systems, or closely related consulting and technology sectors.

• Existing knowledge of and established relationships within the OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, or broader EPM ecosystem.

• Experience in recruiting specialized consulting talent across technical, functional, architecture, delivery, leadership, and/or go-to-market roles.

• Strong sourcing skills and proven ability to identify and engage passive talent in highly competitive markets.

• Credibility to collaborate directly with senior practice leaders and challenge assumptions based on market conditions or candidate feedback.

• A solid understanding of relationship-driven recruiting and the patience to nurture talent communities.

• Comfortable representing the organization at conferences, industry events, networking opportunities, and within professional communities.

• Experience in recruiting within consulting, professional services, software, or another fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple searches, pipelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.

• A builder’s mentality with the ability to establish networks, processes, strategies, and relationships.

• Experience with pinpoint recruiting is a plus.
