This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Manage intricate recruitment processes from initiation to offer across EPD, GTM, G&A, or a blend of functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to outline candidate profiles, formulate recruiting strategies, and set up interview procedures.
• Oversee multiple searches while ensuring quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience.
• Direct candidate evaluation, offer strategy, negotiation, and finalization.
• Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with business priorities, role specifications, talent availability, and market conditions.
• Work alongside Sourcers on focused searches and talent mapping; source directly as necessary and uphold pipeline accountability.
• Leverage recruiting data, candidate feedback, and market intelligence to assess search performance and refine strategies.
• Explore alternative talent pools, companies, locations, or candidate profiles as required.
• Establish trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders as a consultative recruiting partner.
• Provide insights into talent markets, candidate expectations, hiring timelines, and trade-offs.
• Challenge assumptions and foster accountability regarding interview quality, feedback, decision-making, and candidate experience.
• Identify hiring risks and collaborate with TA leadership for support or escalation.
• Recruit both technical and non-technical talent across various functions including Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, People, and others.
• Partner with Sourcers, Coordinators, TA Operations, fellow TA Partners, and TA leadership.
• Share market insights, sourcing methods, and recruitment best practices.
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives and process enhancements.
• A minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, or other tech environments.
• Proven success in recruiting within EPD, GTM/G&A, or across various functions and levels.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities encompassing intake, sourcing, candidate evaluation, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in crafting recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex or highly competitive searches.
• Ability to swiftly grasp unfamiliar technical or business roles and translate hiring requirements into effective recruiting approaches.
• Established ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor, exercising sound judgment to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and maintain accountability.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruiting data and market intelligence to diagnose challenges and enhance hiring results.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with the capability to independently manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Preferred: experience recruiting across diverse business areas, highly technical talent, Sales and broader GTM talent, advanced Sourcer partnerships, talent mapping, market intelligence, recruiting data, AI, or emerging recruiting technologies.
