Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify and attract candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals from employees.

• Perform initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertisement to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Establish and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring opportunities.

• Foster and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Leverage data and analytics to assess recruitment success and inform data-driven decision-making.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar capacity.

• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
