This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for real estate, construction, and associated business roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies, sourcing plans, and timelines for hiring.
• Actively seek out both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
• Evaluate and interview candidates to determine their fit for business needs, qualifications, and organizational culture.
• Provide valuable market insights and talent intelligence regarding hiring trends in real estate and construction.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and a consultative approach.
• Monitor recruiting activities and keep precise records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Employ strategic sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Manage multiple job requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and data analytics to enhance hiring results.
• Act as a reliable talent advisor to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in recruitment.
• Quickly adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic and evolving organization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting.
• Preferred experience in supporting recruitment for real estate and/or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to manage full-cycle recruitment and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and offering consultative support in talent acquisition.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
