This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment requirements for business development at St. Croix Hospice.

• Act as a strategic partner to the Statewide Leadership Team.

• Develop a talent acquisition strategy tailored for the designated market.

• Manage market strategy and the complete recruiting process for business development roles, including Hospice Account Executives, Hospice Transition Nurses, and Regional Directors of Business Development.

• Identify and screen both active and passive candidates using various recruitment techniques.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to ascertain position specifications and conduct intake meetings.

• Carry out initial interviews and present suitable candidates to hiring leaders.

• Organize and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, manage candidate pipelines, and execute administrative tasks.

• Prepare, extend, and present job offers to candidates with input from the hiring manager.

• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to establish candidate pipelines.

• Evaluate candidate skill sets in relation to position requirements.

• Oversee applicant tracking system data, ensuring compliance with time-to-fill metrics and data reporting accuracy.

• Initiate local recruitment and brand awareness efforts.

• Generate recruitment content and communications for external and internal websites, social media, and online job listings.

• Act as a cultural ambassador and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Assist with clinical recruitment as required.

• Execute other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition is required.

• Previous experience in healthcare and recruiting for a variety of clinical positions is highly desirable.

• Proven knowledge and experience in formulating a local recruiting strategy.

• Experience in attracting and engaging talent while utilizing diverse recruitment resources.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• A consultative and customer-focused approach.

• Familiarity with job boards, social media for employment branding, and applicant tracking systems.

• Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels.

• Ability to successfully pass a DHS background study.

• Willingness to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

• Capacity to push, pull, lift, and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds.
