Talent Acquisition Partner – Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, focusing on non-clinical and high-volume positions.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to ensure alignment on hiring requirements, timelines, and strategies.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

• Deliver clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders, facilitating a seamless experience.

• Utilize data and market insights to guide hiring choices and enhance recruitment strategies.

• Keep accurate and compliant candidate records within ATS/CRM systems.

• Contribute to process enhancements that promote scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement.

• For more senior positions: lead intricate searches, influence leadership-level decision-making, and mentor team members.

• Manage the recruitment process from initiation to completion and create sourcing strategies.

• Ensure that every candidate enjoys a positive and engaging experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Talent Acquisition Partner: Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including healthcare or clinical roles.

• Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: At least 6 years of recruitment experience with a focus on clinical hiring and a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with discretion and professionalism.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Remote work arrangement is available, with a strong preference for candidates located in Kansas City.
