Talent Acquisition Partner, Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle to discover, engage, and hire licensed therapists who resonate with the values of Two Chairs.

• Achieve personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Communicate Two Chairs' mission, culture, and employee value proposition to potential candidates.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience while enhancing the employer brand.

• Utilize creative sourcing methods and reconnect with previous candidates.

• Enhance recruiting processes to achieve better hiring results.

• Collaborate directly with clinical care leadership to attract licensed mental health therapists.

• Assist in scaling Two Chairs during a growth phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year focused on recruiting independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD).

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficient in using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.

• Ability to apply business acumen, analyze, and interpret data to guide decision-making.

• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
