This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of recruiters focused on Construction Management recruitment across the United States.
• Foster a proactive recruiting culture, strategic sourcing, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Guide recruiters to become trusted Talent Advisors for business leaders.
• Collaborate with Construction Management leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and long-term hiring tactics.
• Represent Talent Acquisition during business reviews, workforce planning meetings, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Personally recruit for executive, senior leadership, and critical Construction Management roles.
• Utilize a vast Construction Management network to pinpoint and attract outstanding passive talent.
• Build relationships with project executives, construction managers, owners' representatives, program directors, project controls leaders, and other industry professionals.
• Establish proactive talent pipelines ahead of project awards and expected business growth.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, organizational mapping, and market research.
• Represent AECOM at industry associations, conferences, and networking gatherings.
• Act as a trusted Talent Advisor to senior Construction Management executives.
• Convert project pipelines, contract awards, and business growth plans into proactive recruiting strategies.
• Provide executive-level insights on compensation trends, competitor behavior, candidate sentiment, and labor market dynamics.
• Lead consultative intake meetings to define success profiles, sourcing strategies, and realistic hiring expectations.
• Influence hiring decisions through data analysis, market insights, and strategic consultation.
• Advocate for AI-enabled recruiting technologies, automation, and labor market intelligence tools.
• Employ recruiting analytics to enhance hiring outcomes, pipeline health, and recruiter performance.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and ongoing process enhancement.
• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial experience in Construction Management, Infrastructure, Engineering, EPC, or related fields, or equivalent experience and/or education.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in recruiting.
• Proven success in recruiting executive and specialized Construction Management talent.
• Established professional network and enduring relationships within the Construction Management sector.
• Demonstrated success in attracting passive candidates through networking, relationships, and market knowledge rather than solely relying on applicant flow.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives on workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Background in a prominent Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), EPC, or Infrastructure organization is preferred.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled recruiting technologies, labor market intelligence, and advanced sourcing platforms is preferred.
• Experience in executive search, competitive intelligence, and organizational mapping is preferred.
• Success in navigating a complex, matrixed national or global organization is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel as necessary.
• Sponsorship for US work authorization is not available; candidates must already possess US work authorization.
