This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Organize and manage admissions initiatives within the Greater San Diego region
β’ Advise and engage with prospective students looking to enroll at Arizona State University
β’ Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the designated market
β’ Foster connections with prospective students, their families, local organizations, alumni, and community networks
β’ Explain and deliver program procedures, policies, objectives, and goals through phone calls, electronic media, and in-person meetings
β’ Utilize PeopleSoft and ASU online systems to track and inform prospective students
β’ Utilize CRM systems to log interactions, correspondence, visits, monitoring, and follow-up activities
β’ Conduct admissions meetings, information sessions, presentations, workshops, visits, and recruitment events
β’ Implement phone and other communication campaigns to achieve enrollment targets
β’ Collaborate with student recruitment departments, supervisors, and leadership in enrollment management
β’ Participate in designated meetings and training sessions
β’ Assist with student visit programs and on- and off-campus events
β’ Travel domestically or internationally as needed and perform recruitment responsibilities during these trips
β’ Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience in the field or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities
β’ Proficiency in a second language is preferred
β’ Background in student recruitment and admission practices
β’ Knowledge of federal regulations related to international students
β’ Experience in academic advising, recruitment/retention, or other student support roles
β’ Proven ability to develop and deliver group presentations to diverse audiences
β’ Experience in cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills
β’ Valid US driver's license of the appropriate class and necessary endorsements throughout the duration of employment
β’ Frequent domestic travel and travel involving the operation of a motor vehicle
β’ Willingness to work frequent evenings and occasional weekends
β’ Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and fingerprint check
