Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initiation to offer acceptance.

• Identify and recruit IT professionals for key accounts, mainly on a contractual basis.

• Conduct client intake meetings to determine qualification criteria and candidate needs.

• Review resumes and applications as well as interview potential candidates.

• Create and maintain talent pipelines.

• Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and potential IT talent.

• Utilize AI tools like Sense messaging to engage with consultants and candidates.

• Manage consultants and candidates through Bullhorn ATS and VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify.

• Take part in daily recruiting team meetings to review requisitions and prioritize key positions.

• Deliver 8–10 qualified candidates weekly to clients, pending Account/Delivery Manager approval.

• Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing.

• Solid understanding of W2 IT requirements.

• Dependable network connectivity and a suitable work-from-home setting.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively interact with both candidates and clients.
