This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for professional, technical, engineering, and corporate roles within the Water sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend talent requirements and devise targeted recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from the initial outreach to the acceptance of offers.
• Create proactive sourcing strategies to discover and engage top talent, particularly in water/wastewater and environmental engineering fields.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, networking, referrals, and additional sourcing channels.
• Establish and sustain talent communities for essential and recurring hiring needs.
• Act as a strategic consultant to Water hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Offer insights regarding labor market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and best practices in recruiting.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and market intelligence.
• Employ recruiting metrics and analytics to enhance hiring results.
• Investigate new sourcing tools, technologies, and strategies for talent attraction.
• Assist in employer branding, diversity recruitment, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting procedures.
• Record recruiting activities within company systems and guarantee data integrity.
• Collaborate with Water leaders and project managers to monitor staff utilization, availability, and project assignments.
• Aid in resource allocation and staffing decisions by balancing project demands, employee capacity, and development objectives.
• Maintain and contribute to the creation of resourcing and utilization reports and dashboards.
• Work together on headcount forecasting and workforce planning in alignment with project pipelines and growth targets.
• Identify staffing gaps and succession requirements across technical and professional Water positions.
• Support updates to organizational structures, promotions, and internal mobility processes.
• Align staffing plans with budgets and project financials.
• Provide regular updates to Water leadership regarding the health of the recruiting pipeline and workforce metrics.
• A minimum of 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the water/wastewater, environmental, or civil infrastructure sectors.
• Strong consultative abilities with the capacity to influence and foster relationships at all organizational levels.
• Expertise in sourcing passive talent and crafting innovative recruiting strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Some experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operational/staffing roles within a professional services or project-focused organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• A data-driven approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Preferred experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or other enterprise ATS platforms.
• Professional certifications such as AIRS, SHRM, HRCI, or LinkedIn Recruiter certifications are advantageous.
• Prior involvement in supporting workforce planning, resource management systems, and strategic talent initiatives is preferred.
