📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp role specifications and hiring priorities.

• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other innovative avenues.

• Perform initial resume evaluations and phone screenings to determine candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Arrange interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.

• Ensure accurate and current candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.

• Support recruiting initiatives and process enhancements as necessary.

• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience at every step of the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic corporate recruiting or media agency environment.

• At least 1 year of experience with an ATS; familiarity with Greenhouse is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing tools.
